I’m Christopher “C. Allen” Razor, founder of C. Allen Razor LLC.
I created this company because I believe people thrive in environments where they feel seen, valued, challenged, and empowered to grow. Whether I’m working with schools, churches, nonprofits, or community organizations, my goal is always the same: to help people build spaces rooted in connection, belonging, leadership, and transformation.
My work sits at the intersection of education, faith, culture, leadership, and community engagement. Through consulting, facilitation, workshops, and strategic planning, I help organizations move beyond ideas into meaningful implementation and impact.
My Story
Professionally, my background is rooted in education and youth development. I currently serve within Baltimore City Public Schools, where my work focuses on student engagement, extracurricular systems, youth voice, and whole-child support.
Over time, I realized my work extended beyond traditional education spaces. The same principles that strengthen classrooms also strengthen churches, organizations, and communities.
